Accessible Futures Internship, Feb 27

Accessible Futures is a summer internship program for UW students with physical disabilities.

I am the Internship Program Manager for the Career & Internship Center, and part of my role is to support the Accessible Futures Summer Internship Program, funded by the Fehribach Center.

The Gregory S. Fehribach Center—known for facilitating 400+ internships for students with physical disabilities nationwide—is partnering with us to expand opportunities beyond the Midwest.

UW students interested in building professional experience through a paid summer internship are invited to participate by contacting me directly via email (bereli@uw.edu). Applicants will complete a brief interview with me the week of February 23rd or March 2nd to discuss career goals and potential placements.

Deadline to express interest: February 27, 2026

For more information about the program, including eligibility requirements, please check out our website. We’re proud to support this initiative through the Career & Internship Center, Disability Resources for Students, and the Disability Studies Program.

Feel free to reach out with any questions!
Kind regards,
Eli
