Sasha graduated cum laude from UW in 2018 with a Bachelor's degree in Law, Societies, and Justice. Following graduation, she spent a year in Germany studying the pre- and post-war contexts of identity and rights, as well as the German language. During this time she worked as a Project Manager for the African-German Association for Culture and Education and as a Community Engagement Coordinator for the European Information Center. In both positions she worked with German and international students, advising them on educational and professional opportunities. Inspired, she returned to the U.S. and worked as an International Program Coordinator for the NorthWest Student Exchange before accepting the Academic Adviser position with UW. She is honored and looking forward to working with thoughtful and ambitious students in the Disability Studies and Law, Societies, & Justice departments.
